Ali McInerney, UK Head of Communications, Instagram 

Ali has been at Instagram since February and leads communications for the platform across the UK – a job which combines her love of city views and countryside scenes with a curiosity for technology, the opportunities it presents and the trends of the future. She has worked in PR for over 10 years, covering many different industries and campaigns, including Olympic sponsorships, video game launches and Government initiatives. She recently spent three years living in New York, where the city-view Instagram posts got a little out of control, and now lives in North London with her husband and toddler.


Emma Hoareau, photographer and beauty blogger

Former beauty editor turned photographer, Emma launched her blog Lolita Says So in 2009 while studying History of Art at university. Originally a documentation of thoughts and inspirational photos, Emma now focuses on travel, skincare and beauty after having written for magazines on the subject for over 4 years.


Haeni Kim – Founder and Creative Director of KITRI

With a background in luxury and high street fashion as well as e-commerce brands, Haeni began her career in London as Sales & Marketing Manager of Julien Macdonald alongside launching and running a successful online antique website Fox and Flyte at the same time. Haeni then went on to join JJ Global. Ltd. in Hong Kong to start the Design and Product Development Division. Haeni launched online womenswear brand KITRI in March 2017, a name that comes from the lead character of a much loved ballet Don Quixote, her first ever solo role as an aspiring ballet dancer.
